Exifer for Windows

Exifer for Windows: "A technical note: There is some software (e.g. Thumbs+, PhotoThumb, PHP functions) which doesn't recognize the EXIF data after modifying with Exifer anymore. I'm pretty sure that these programs don't read the offset value to the first EXIF ifd header, instead they may assume that it begins at offset 8. For keeping the makernotes, Exifer moves the first ifd header to a new position (this corresponds to the TIFF specification)"
